A flexible co-working space of 1,100 sq. meters in Madrid, Spain aimed to increase the comfort of members and employees, increase operational efficiency, gain analytics and reporting capabilities.

The challenge

The co-working space is a multi-functional space with an open floor plan which led to inaccurate monitoring. Moreover, the building had no Building Management System.

Our solution

We have installed 5 CUBE Controllers and 1 TRIA Gateway. Through sensors, meters, CTs, and equipment integrations, our client was able to control heating and cooling, keep track of air quality for a healthy environment, monitor energy consumption, and detect problems for quick resolutions.
