Application

You found a role that you are interested in and you would like to apply?
Or you want to work for our company and the role you are interested in is not listed as a vacancy?

Please apply on our website or one other platforms that we posted the position on. We look forward to understanding who you are and your achievements.

It will be very helpful for us to have a clear copy of your CV in English.

Initial interview- audio

Once our team has reviewed your CV and thinks that we could be a potential match , one of our People Team members will reach out to invite you to an initial interview.

This is the first touchpoint for us to understand more about you and for you to ask questions about the position and our company.

Assessments

Most of our positions will have an assessment for our candidates to complete.

This is designed by our team members for them to get a better understanding of how you would approach and resolve problems.

You’ll have a week to complete the assessment, to ensure you have enough time to complete it in case you are working full time.

Interviews with the team

If the team finds your solution for the assessment is aligned with what they are looking for we will invite you to a second interview and dive deeper into questions about your skills and experience. 

Of course this is also an opportunity for you to understand more about the position and the team members, so that you can assess if this is aligned with what you are looking for.

References

If the feelings are mutual after the team interviews. We would ask you to provide up to 3 professional contacts that you have worked with in the past, ideally from a manager or supervisor.

We will ask them a few questions about you and also to understand how we could support you as an organization.

Frequently asked questions

We are a diverse, optimistic, open and helpful team. As the majority of our team members have chosen to move abroad to work with or for us. Although we have a fast paced work environment, we would like to make it fun.

Our team is made up of more than 27 different nationalities and our main language for communication is English, therefore it will be great if you could apply in English!

Yes, German is not needed in general (unless it is specified on the job posting that you are interested in!).

Yes, you can definitely inform them about your interest in the role. You can either apply directly at our platform, or you can send them a copy of your CV and ask them to send it to the People Team.

At this moment, we do not have a portal where you can check the status of your application. Therefore, we would refer you to check the last email we sent you.

It can get quite busy for us, but we will always try to update you regarding your application in a timely manner.

Depending on the position and whether we got all the information that we need to evaluate, from the time when you apply until you get hired might take around 2-4 weeks.

Currently, we have one main office that is located in the heart of Berlin, Germany.

Ever since the Pandemic started, most of us have switched to working from home completely. However, depending on the team, some of us might have to work from the office as the tasks could only be completed on site.

Yes, depending on your role. If you need to physically with with our products we will require you to be in the office. However all other roles are mainly remote or hybrid.
